Return policy and refund

Boutique Pépin will refund or exchange the products that don’t match or fit if they are still intact.  In the case of a product that you have open and isn’t in his orginal state, we will refund most of the time but there are cases where it will be imposible to do.


Those exception are :

  •         Products (liniments, shampoos, vitamins, etc.) that are open
  •         Clothes that have been worn or that the stick has been removed
  •         Bridles, reins, halter, etc. who have been used
  •         Boots that have been worn
  •         Every product customized



If you bought something in store you will have to comeback to be refund.  Make sure to have the invoice or there will be no refund.



To be refund for an online purchase, you will have to send back the items and a copy of the invoice.  We will refund on your credit card as soon as we get the merchandise back.  Note that we do not assume the shipping fee to take back the products.
