Return policy and refund

Boutique Pépin will be happy to refund or exchange items that do not meet your needs, provided that the items are in their original packaging and have not been opened.

For opened items, a refund or exchange may still be possible if the packaging is intact and the tags are still attached (see exclusions below).

In all cases, the receipt must be provided.

Items that cannot be refunded:

  • Care and maintenance products (liniments, shampoos, vitamins, etc.), whether opened or not
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or is missing tags
  • Bridles, reins, halters, etc. that show wear (unless defective)
  • Bits
  • Boots that have been used and/or marked
  • Nameplates are neither exchangeable nor refundable
  •

Refund procedures differ depending on whether the purchase was made in-store or online.
In both cases, no exchanges or refunds are allowed for sale items (final sale).

IN-STORE PURCHASE:

For in-store purchases, any refund must be processed in-store within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase, and the receipt must be presented.

No exchange or refund will be possible without a receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASE:

For online purchases, exchanges and refunds are possible.

To do so, items must be returned in a box along with a copy of the receipt. The refund request must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the order for it to be accepted.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refunded amount will be the total invoice minus shipping costs.

It is important not to stick the return label directly on the original packaging (e.g., a boot box), as fees may apply. Thank you for your understanding.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.

IMPORTANT:

A $15 fee will be deducted from the refund if the original order was shipped with free shipping. For orders where shipping fees were paid, those fees will not be refunded.

Products must be unused and free of odors (stable/horse).

Tags must be intact and still attached to the items.
